• Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
• Oversee the IT department's daily operations, including network management, software, hardware, and telecommunications systems.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
• Ensure the security, stability, and scalability of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts.
• Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's IT capabilities remain competitive.
• Oversee disaster recovery planning, data protection, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide executive leadership with regular reports on the status of IT initiatives, risks, and performance metrics.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, your experience should include the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; MS or MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience, 10+ years, in IT management or senior-level technical roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Demonstrated success analyzing IT departments and implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Experience modernizing IT service delivery methods (ITIL, Cobit, etc).
  • Experience managing software development teams and modernizing development practices.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-year strategic technology plans.
  • Proficient in budget management and vendor negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of IT compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and other departments.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, CITM, CGEIT, or PMP are a plus.Compensation & Available Benefits:
