Overview of opportunity:

Maintain continuity of care- See patients in the hospital, clinic and skilled nursing facility (SNF)
Balanced life- Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5pm
Manageable patient load- see on average 15 patients per day

Qualifications:
Requires a MD or DO.
Requires you to have or obtain a medical license in Iowa and board eligibility or board certification.
