    • Must have certification or license verified within 30 days of start date.

        • Additional Details
        • American Heart Association certification must include an image the front and back of the card.
        • For any position requiring a license or certification, online verification with a machine-generated date is required.
        • California ONLY - must also provide picture of HARD COPY license for RN.
