Current CPR Certification: Ensuring youre ready to provide the best care in any situation. Leadership Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven DON experience within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Travel Willingness: Must be able to travel throughout Iowa with occasional overnight stays.
