*What You'll Do*
* Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT.
* Motivate and guide patients through therapy exercises and recovery.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
* Assist in program development and the general operation of the department.

*What You'll Need*
* Physical Therapist Assistant Degree from an accredited program.
* State Licensure - Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Iowa.
* Passion for Patient Care - A strong commitment to enhancing patients' quality of life.
