Enterprise Practice Administration Support Architect/Project ManagerWhat You Can Expect in This RoleWe are seeking an Enterprise Practice Administration Support Architect/Project Managerwho will serve as a trusted advisor, consultant, and administrator of enterprise best practices. This role is critical in driving governance, standardization, and lifecycle management of enterprise architecture principles while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in industry frameworks such as TOGAF and extensive experience in establishing and enforcing technology domain-specific standards across applications, infrastructure, security, data, cloud, and networking.What You'll Do in This Role

• Act as a key advisor and consultant, guiding stakeholders across business and IT on enterprise architecture best practices, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
• Lead the development, documentation, and ongoing management of enterprise-wide standards, ensuring best practices are effectively implemented and maintained across technology domains.
• Provide governance and oversight by actively participating in decision-making processes, reviewing solutions for compliance with enterprise standards, and obtaining necessary approvals from the Architecture Review Board.
• Work closely with product-line management and engineering teams to optimize business capabilities, enhance technology solutions, and drive efficiency across the organization.
• Ensure the integrity and consistency of enterprise technology solutions, offering expert recommendations and alternative approaches to improve system effectiveness.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication of architectural concepts, policies, and governance processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to refine processes, enhance collaboration, and strengthen enterprise architecture governance.What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in IT architecture and development, with strong expertise in complex multi-platform environments.
  • Deep knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, with proven experience in developing and governing enterprise standards.
  • Strong advisory and consulting skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide adoption of best practices.
  • Proficiency in architecture design and development tools, with expertise in multiple technology domains such as cloud, security, infrastructure, applications, data, and networking.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), with the ability to translate complex architectural concepts into business-relevant insights.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying opportunities, conducting research, and proposing solutions to enhance enterprise architecture effectiveness.
  • Experience in governance and compliance processes, with the ability to enforce policies while fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
